Wondering if Maggie could be the therapist for you?

Hello, I'm Maggie

I help people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression in their lives in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I will work with you to find the best tools to help you manage these feelings and lead a happier and healthier life. I specialize in working with first responders and their families to help them cope with the stress of the job and other life stresses. I have been a paramedic for the past 20 years and I wanted to become a counselor to help people who have experienced the trauma of needing help in an emergency and help those that respond to the emergency. I come from a family of doctors, nurses, fire fighters, and law enforcement and know the importance of finding a safe place to manage the stress that goes along with these demanding jobs. I take a person-centered approach to therapy and believe the client plays a pivotal role in the outcome of therapy.
