Reach out to schedule your first session
You are welcome to call, email (to the right) or scroll to the bottom of the page to request to schedule your first session.
The first session is usually time for you to get to know your therapist, find out what therapy is and to obtain more information about why you are seeking counseling. This means you might tell your therapist a little about a lot of different areas in your life but you are never pressured to talk about anything that you are not ready to discuss. Don't feel like you have to fit everything in this first appointment. Sometimes it takes a person 2-3 sessions to describe some of their concerns and begin to fully feel at ease.
There is no right or wrong way to share about what is going on in your life. You can take your time, come as you are and build your comfort level in your own way.
Our goal is to always respond in 48 business hours, but sometimes we are able to respond faster - we will do our best to be as quick as possible. Your time and request are important to us. You may also be contacted by a Client Care Coordinator - a special staff member that assists our therapists in helping our clients to set-up and maintain their therapy appointments.
Request a Session
Through the client portal, you'll be able to request to book a session with one of our therapists. Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability via email and walk you through the next steps.
