"If you can’t fly, then run if you can’t run, then walk if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
Hello, I'm Annia
I truly believe that we all have an opportunity to start over as many times as we need to, even if it takes us longer to get there or in a different way.
This is why I am here to remind you that we all have different ways to deal with life challenges, at a different pace, which is okay.
As long as you are trying, there is no other way but to move forward, and most importantly... you don’t have to do this alone.
I am here for you.
I will make sure we work together to help you learn and practice healthy coping strategies, gain strength and courage to move forward in the presence of loss, struggle, and change.
Give yourself an opportunity to heal and allow me to help you find your way.
Annia Cuebas-Colon, MSW, LCSW, LCASA

You are welcomed, understood, and empowered.
Among my different skills, I believe I have a unique way to connect with clients and provide an environment where they feel welcomed, understood, and empowered.
Chronic Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
I enjoy helping adults who are experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, and depression in a judgment-free environment.
Additionally, I am passionate about working with couples to help them understand their relationship dynamic.
My love for therapy has taken me on a path of empathy, compassion, and self-reflection.
I have learned that at the end of the day we have more commonalities than differences and through the connection, we can find a sense of belonging, purpose, and long-lasting change.
