Release what's holding you back.

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you. -Maya Angelou

Explore Together

As a therapist, I believe healing comes from a place of deep understanding and insight. I would love to walk this journey of self-discovery with you as we navigate through past and present hardships and explore a healthier, more fulfilling path for you.

Dual Diagnosis & Addiction

I am passionate about helping those struggling with addiction and other co-occurring mental health disorders.

LGBTQ+ Affirming

I also love working with those in the LGBTQ+ community to provide affirming treatment and support. I find great importance in having a safe and welcoming space for you to explore what it means to be you.

I particularly enjoy working with:

Dual Diagnosis/Addiction

Trauma/Abuse

Sexuality and Gender Identity

Anxiety Disorders

Depression

Bipolar Disorder

Grief & Loss

Self-esteem Issues

Justice-involved Individuals

I also work with teens (13+) and adults of all ages!

I am deep-rooted in person-centered therapy, which places you in the driver’s seat with me as a compassionate and empathetic guide beside you. I use a combined, evidence-based approach to meet the needs of you as an individual. I am experienced and trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care and believe in empowering the individual to address unresolved issues from childhood.

Working beside you.
